From time to time, Tungsten Automation will release bug-fix only software updates to remedy issues with our Desktop products. Bug-fixes are provided free of charge as a download from within the Desktop Software and/or from the Tungsten Automation website.

Tungsten Automation offers a thirty-day money back guarantee for the purchase price on Power PDF, PaperPort and OmniPage desktop licenses, beginning on date of purchase, when purchased only on TungstenAutomation.com.
For a refund, please send an email to esales@tungstenautomation.com with your order number and reason for cancellation, and a refund will be issued within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
Power PDF Business and OmniPage Server/CSDK are not eligible for refunds. Please speak with your account representative for options.
Our One Year Support Warranty
Tungsten Automation customers receive unlimited Technical Support access for the first one year of Product Ownership. Access is limited to problems or issues experienced during installation, setup, configuration, reinstallation (not including data recovery) and during normal usage.
Hardware configuration must meet the system requirements for the software. See the User’s Guide specific to the Tungsten Automation Desktop Software for system requirements. The One Year Desktop Support Warranty is effective upon the earlier of product registration or activation.
